Chargers come up short in upset bid

   It turned out to be same song different verse for the Grenada Chargers.
   For the second time in as many games, poor free throw shooting and turnovers were the difference
in the final outcome.
   GHS faced No. 2-ranked Callaway at home Monday. The Chargers finished 50 percent (14-28) from the line and had 18 turnovers. When the final horn sounded, Grenada was on the short end of a 68-60 decision to the Class 5A Callaway Chargers.
   With the loss, Grenada drops to 11-7 on the season. Callaway improves to 16-1 on the season.
   In the girls’ game, the Lady Chargers were bothered at the line, shooting16-35 in a 54-48 decision.
